Nestled deep in the Tennessee Valley is small vineyard that brides fall in love with the moment they arrive. They fall in love with the view, the perfectly manicured grounds, the forest, and the staff. If all these elements don’t completely ‘seal the deal’ in their minds, they then visit the Wine Room. This is where they meet the owners, and try the wine the vineyard produces!
If you don’t think good BBQ is the key to love.. hear this story
“..we had both moved to Chicago in June 2013 for our jobs and met during a holiday party at a Chicago bar in Dec 2013. Within 10 minutes of starting to talk, Drew asked me to dinner – but I was so crazy with work and the holidays that the only day I could was the next night. We went to dinner the night after we met (I had said I hadn’t found good BBQ yet in Chicago, so he took me out for BBQ…hence we were thrilled when we found Dead End for the wedding dinner). I first brought Drew down to meet my family and go to a UT game with my brothers, and I’d say we knew we wanted to get married after meeting (and loving) each others’ families. We got engaged in March 2016, and you [ K Hannah Photography ] were there for the next phase of our “happily ever after!” -Emily
Family is so important to Drew and Emily.. and it was evident on their Big Day. They utilized the Forest at Pleasant Hill Vineyards for a fun, informal cocktail hour with The Pour Guys. The entire day was so relaxing, even for us!
Please enjoy these images, because it was an honor for us to capture them!!
